Aqueous Ozone?
Ozone is a gas made up of three oxygen atoms. It releases energy that can destroy mold and bacteria. If ozone is dissolved into water like CO2 in a soda, it can be be used to sanitize and deodorize surfaces. Aqueous ozone is currently used in industry to sanitize office water jugs, and even used by custodial staff to clean facilities.
"Aqueous Ozone is a strong oxidizer proven to effectively destroy germs, bacteria, viruses, and contaminates on surfaces. [An ozone generator] turns oxygen into aqueous ozone. The aqueous ozone is then infused into ordinary cold tap water. The extra oxygen atom attack and completely destroys contaminants. After complete oxidation, the solution safely reverts back to water."*
